     The City of Grand Junction will be performing construction on the intersection of 4th and Main from March 6th through March 17th. During this time il Bistro will be open for business 7 days a week from 4:30 PM till closing as we are each day.

     We want to invite you to join us during this construction for some special promotions! During the 12 days that the city is working on the intersection we will be running the following promotions:

     In Italy, and all over Europe, this is a big day for celebration: women go out to eat and just about every woman gets a present, especially a branch of Silver Wattle (Acacia Dealbata), which is recognized as the symbol of the “Giorno Della Donna” or International Women’s Day. I’ve decided to celebrate this day again, for the first time in many years. On March 8th, every woman that eats at the Bistro will receive a little gift, so let’s all join and celebrate IL GIORNO DELLA DONNA!

     All drinks ordered from the bar will be only $4 for the ladies all night.

     The cooking class takes place in the Bistro kitchen and it is hands-on. Only 6 people are accepted per class to guarantee maximum involvement in the cooking. The class starts at 9 am and lasts between 3-4 hours.  Please wear closed shoes and bring an apron if you have one

     This is the first of a series of regional dinners to explore the foods and wines of the different regions of Italy. Tonight, we will feature the central region of Lazio. A three-course meal designed around the traditional ingredients of Lazio; each course is also paired with wines from that region. A presentation of both foods and wines will accompany the dinner.
