With this type of service, we serve each table rather than each individual guest. We plate the food on platters that are meant to serve multiple guests. Each guest helps him/herself and passes the platter on to the next guest.

     From a service stand point, family style allows for a smooth and faster service to the guests. Each guest is fully served and presented with the opportunity to have several different dishes rather than having to choose one item only. Because our servers don’t have to take orders and answer questions regarding the menu, and because the kitchen is ready with the food rather than having to wait for an order to be entered, family service allows us to provide a much faster service to the guests. Ordering errors are also eliminated.

     We offer to prepare a printed menu for every guest to have and be informed of the dishes they will be served. The menu can be personalized with a title and/or a logo is desired.

     From a cost stand point, this service style allows us to offer multiple courses at a reasonable price as we control the portion size for each course. We never prepare a full portion of each item for each guest, but rather adjust the amount of food for each course based on the overall menu size and composition.

     Together, we design a menu that takes into considerations food likes and dislikes and special dietary needs if necessary. Each menu we prepare is totally customized to your budgetary and dietary needs.

     The menu can be as simple or as complex as you would like. From the traditional Italian celebration dinner to a simpler event, we can help you design the right combination for your party.

     Family style dinners start at $26 per person with $35-40 being more of an average cost. To this cost, you need to add 20% gratuity and 7.65% tax. Cost of beverages is also additional.

Example of a $26 per person family style dinner would be:
   • TWO APPETIZERS SUCH AS BRUSCHETTA AND ANTIPASTO PLATTER
   • TWO PASTA DISHES - A VEGETARIAN AND CHICKEN SAUCE BASED PASTA
   • GARDEN SALAD
   • TWO MINI DESSERTS SUCH AS PUFF PASTRIES AND MINI TARTS

Example of a $35 per person family style dinner would be:
   • TWO APPETIZERS (see above)
   • ONE PASTA DISH
   • GARDEN OR SPECIALTY SALAD
   • TWO ENTREES (pork, chicken, beef)
   • THREE MINI DESSERTS

(Dishes with veal and tasman salmon will involve an additional cost)

     Please note that, as we prepare a whole menu just for your party, a guaranteed number is required and your group will be charged for the number of guests confirmed even when fewer guests may actually be present.

     We do family style dinners for as few as 4 people. We also have prepared family style dinners for as many as 200 people. We just need a little advance notice to be able to work with your group in designing your personalized menu.
