As we try to take advantage of all the wonderful local produce and of seasonal availabilities in general, we change the menus often. Pasta dishes are always an important component of our menus, as we make the pastas fresh at the Bistro every day.  We also offer a selection of entrees that range from veal, to chicken, to pork, and also salmon and beef. 

Fried calamari is our signature appetizer; the recipe comes from the fishermen in the village where I used to spend my summers while growing up in Italy, as do many other seafood dishes that we serve at the Bistro. 

While the cuisine we offer is predominantly Norther Italian, which is where I am from, you will find on our menus recipes that are rooted in other regions of Italy as well. 

Our Dinner Menu offers such a variety of dishes that we believe just about everybody should be able to find something appealing to their palate.
