From the day we opened the Bistro, we have decided to focus our attention on Italian wines and Colorado wines only. 

The Grand Valley, where we are located, is home to many excellent wineries that take advantage of our beautiful climate and particular geographical characteristics to create some interesting products.  We offer several local wines from a few of the wineries that surround us.

While a few Italian wines are well known around the world, many others are rather obscure to the non wine professionals, and we have made a conscious effort to bring many of these wines to our guests. In making our selections, we strive for quality and value, while, at the same time, trying to bring some of the best expressions of the different Italian regions to our list.

Some of the wines we offer come from small producers and have a story behind them. The wine portrayed in the above picture, for instance, comes from a small winery in the heart of Tuscany.  Very few cases come to Colorado every year, and we are only one of a handful of restaurants in Colorado to have access to this wine.  We were able to purchase 12 bottles of it last year and 12 bottles the year before.  Wines such as this one, are not included in our regular list, but rather belong to a special list that is available upon request only.

To allow our guests the possibility of trying more of our most expensive wines, every few weeks, we have a 50% Off Wine Night.  During those nights, all of the wines on our regular list are offered at 50% off their regular price.  This offer is only available during dinner time and requires the purchase of dinner entrees.  For the next wine night, please check our Event Page.
