Saturday, August 3rd will be the “Playing With Pork” cooking class: different cuts of pork prepared in many different ways. The price is $50 per person. Classes take place in the kitchen at il Bistro Italiano (400 Main Street) on Saturday mornings from 9am - noon (approx).
