A four course dinner centered around Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, the king of cheeses that was invented in my hometown more than 900 years ago. During the dinner, we will split a whole wheel of Parmigiano cheese worth more than $1200. We’ll show a short film of how this cheese is made and show pictures of my sister’s cheese factory - my sister will also be here to answer any questions you may have for her. To end the dinner we will also talk about the production of traditional balsamic vinegars, also typical of my area ofItaly, and taste some aged vinegars that I brought directly from Italy. Dinner is accompanied by Lambrusco wine. Cost of dinner also includes tax and gratuity.
