Come and support il Bistro at the annual A La Mode Pastry and Dessert Competition held at the Horizon Sunrise Rotary Club.

Tickets are on sale at il Bistro and the Horizon Sunrise Rotary Club of Grand Junction located at Bookcliff Country Club, 2730 G Road.

Tickets are $40 for a Single and $75 for a Couple.

COOKING CLASS - "Let's play with Artichokes, Fennel and Asparagus"

The cooking class takes place in the Bistro kitchen and it is hands-on. Only 6 people are accepted per class to guarantee maximum involvement in the cooking. The class starts at 9 am and lasts between 3-4 hours. Please wear closed shoes and bring an apron if you have one.

VENETO REGIONAL DINNER IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PLANET WINES

This is the third in our series of regional dinners to explore the foods and wines of the different regions of Italy. Tonight, we will feature the Northern region of Veneto. A three-course meal designed around the traditional ingredients of Veneto; each course is also paired with wines from that region. A presentation of both foods and wines will accompany the dinner.

$55 per person (includes tax and gratuity) - Event starts at 5 PM
