Saturday, March 14th learn how to make coconut & lemongrass soup, gluten free focaccia bread, quinoa, meat & vegetables stew, roasted cauliflower & coconut desserts. The price is $50 per person. Classes take place in the kitchen at il Bistro Italiano (400 Main Street) on Saturday mornings from 9am - noon (approx).
