     Our Cooking Classes take place in the Bistro kitchen and they are hands-on. Only 6 people are accepted per class to guarantee maximum involvement in the cooking. The classes start at 9 am and last between 3-4 hours. Please wear closed shoes and bring an apron if you have one.

     Below you will find a full list of our upcoming cooking classes and their focus along with pricing and sign-up information.

"Tomatoes, Tomatoes & More Tomatoes"

     Ideas on how to use tomatoes beside pasta sauces!

"Tomato Sauces"
- August 27th -
- 9 AM to 12 PM -

     Classic and not so classic tomato sauces made with fresh tomatoes from the garden!

"Mushrooms Galore!"

     We'll use different mushrooms and make various dishes to give you ideas on how to use the abundance of mushrooms in early fall!
