Our Seminars take place in our East Room and will be presented by Brunella to a small group of no more than 10. Each Seminar will be $30.00 per person and will take about 2 hours.

"Balsamic Vinegar"

     Learn about this amazing key ingredient of Northern Italian cuisine, its history, its culture and uses. Taste balsamic vinegars of different ages, some that cost more than $100 for a few ounces! Taste balsamic vinegar with different foods and learn some traditional pairings that you can use at home to impress your friends. Have a chance to take home at a discounted price some of the rare vinegars you will taste.

"Grappas and Other Italian Liquors"

     In this seminar, we'll focus on distillates and liquors, especially grappa and other Italian brandies and liquors. Grappa is one of the most misunderstood liquors, but it hides a lot of history and beauty. We'll talk about how grappa is made and taste different grappas and brandies, each with its own amazing characteristics. I'll tell you about my history with grappa as my family had a grappa distillery for many years. We'll also explore the lesser known world of herbal liquors that is so traditional in Italy.
